Who can invest?Anyone over the age of 18 can invest from this website and in real time from anywhere in the world.

Will I be informed about the status of the projects?Yes, we will keep you informed on the status of the company and the different projects via e-mail on a quarterly basis.

What investment formula do you use? We use the Spanish "cuentas en participación" investment plan, which is quite similar to a joint account investment plan. It is a common practice plan reflected in the Spanish Commerce Code (Código de Comercio Español) and which was last updated in February 2007.

It is regulated as reflected between articles 239 and 243 of Book II (Special commerce contracts) in Title II (las cuentas en participación)
We use this plan since it is one which allows our investors to invest and participate in the benefits generated by different projects within a company in a fast and safe manner.

How many shares are there in total? To ensure that we can develop multiple projects over the coming years, the whole project has been split into 10,020 shares. This will allow Apps Capital to be a top player in the sector, and will also give independence and financial solvency to the project for many years to come.

Are you going only going to develop titles for the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad? No, we are currently also planning to develop Android apps and Facebook apps.

How and when are benefits collected? Benefits are paid once a year, at the close of the company's annual accounts. The method of payment is by bank transfer or check payable to the holder of the shares, provided that the aggregate amount of benefits generated by your shares exceeds 100 €. Otherwise, this benefit will accrue to the amount to be paid the following year.
